Among the impactful organizations that bring life to Impact Hub Ticino there is Alma Impact: a company that designs training programs on Governance, Leadership, and Sustainable Finance, always placing people and the value of their work at the center.
Here is an interview with the Alma Impact team: Alberto Stival, Cristina Campana and Andrea Inghirami.
Hello Alma Impact! Can you tell us who you are and what you do?
Alma Impact was founded in 2020 thanks to the vision of two friends, Alberto Stival and Andrea Inghirami, who decided to combine their experiences to create training programs that make a tangible impact on topics such as Governance, Leadership, and Sustainable Finance.
Alberto comes from extensive experience in both banking and training. For years, he has focused on sustainability applied to finance, teaching at institutions such as SUPSI and USI. He often participates as a speaker at conferences in Switzerland and abroad, sharing his passion for sustainable finance and its transformative potential.
Andrea, on the other hand, has been working in professional training for nearly 20 years. He has organized and managed certification programs at national and international levels, specializing in recent years in innovative and digital teaching methods. Since 2024, he has also been a Mindfulness Professional Trainer, integrating mindfulness into professional growth programs to help people manage stress, improve productivity, and enhance workplace awareness.
In 2022, the Alma Impact team grew with the addition of Cristina Campana, a professional with solid experience as a corporate consultant in the banking sector and an academic background as a certified Banking Economist (SSS). Since 2021, she has been dedicated to adult education in economic and banking fields, combining technical expertise with a passion for teaching.
Together, we work to transform innovative ideas into reality, always putting people and their potential at the center.
Regarding your entrepreneurial journey: where did you start, where are you now, and what are the main challenges?
We started with the idea that companies and financial institutions could become drivers of positive change for society.
Our journey began in Ticino, where we launched the Certified Board Member program in collaboration with the Competence Center for Tax and Legal Matters (CCTG) at SUPSI. This program targets professionals in key roles within complex organizations. Within the ESG framework, this program focuses on the "G," which stands for good corporate governance. Over time, we built a Switzerland/Italy bridge, bringing this program to Milan and Treviso.
One of our main challenges has been raising awareness of the value of organizational well-being as a strategic lever for corporate success. We aim to train responsible leaders by promoting new leadership models. To this end, in collaboration with SUPSI, we launched an innovative program called Certified Responsible Leader. Here, we focus on the "S" of Social within the ESG framework.
For the future, we are working on integrated projects both within Switzerland and internationally.
What positive impact (globally, in Switzerland, in Ticino) do you aim to have? How are you pursuing it concretely?
Our goal is to contribute to a world where individual and organizational well-being is a priority, with companies operating ethically, sustainably, and with deep respect for people and the environment.
In Switzerland and Ticino, we work to raise awareness among business leaders about the importance of a holistic management approach that integrates emotional balance, psychological safety, and sustainable innovation. We organize training events, workshops, and programs that provide practical tools to drive real change.
We also collaborate with local and global organizations to promote mindful leadership practices and create networks of people who share our values. Every project we undertake is driven by the desire to leave a positive and measurable impact.
Why did you choose Impact Hub Ticino as the place for your activities? What value does it give you, or do you think it can provide?
Impact Hub Ticino represents a vibrant ecosystem of innovation, collaboration, and personal and professional growth. We chose it because it offers a stimulating environment where ideas can flourish and turn into concrete actions.
This space gives us access to a network of professionals and organizations that share our desire to create positive impact. The opportunity to collaborate with other members and participate in events and initiatives allows us to broaden our impact and continuously learn.
For us, Impact Hub is more than a physical space; it is a community that inspires and supports us in our journey of growth and innovation.
